We are The Southern Counties Cup Golf Society (SCC Golf Society)

We are a Sunday Golf Society, playing 21 tournaments a year in Surrey, Kent & Sussex.

We break our season down into 4 Swings with the winner of each Swing competing in The Swing Finale at the end of the year to become The Southern Counties Cup Champion. Each Swing consists of 4 stableford tournaments

We have 4 Majors each year for members only.
The SCC Masters, which is 36 holes of strokeplay.
The SCC Matchplay, as singles matchplay knockout tournament.
The SCC Invitational, 36 holes stableford which includes an overnight stay(Previous years have seen us visit The Belfry, Woodhall Spa & St.Mellion)
The MB Ryder Cup, a team matchplay tournament against another society.

Thanks for the kind words about the site, Robbie. It has evolved over the years.
I wanted our members to have a professional looking site, even if our scores don't always reflect it
I would move North, but I am a bit of a Southern softie.

Our members handicaps range from 9 to 28, so we have a nice mix of golfers turn up to the tournaments. It's all about having a good time, with a bit of friendly tournament play thrown in. Plus you get to play different courses around the counties.

If ever you venture down this way, you are always welcome to join us for a tourney.

Yeah - cool site, and some familiar names on the roll - Christian, Jamie et al.  Means a bit of travelling but could be good.
