Moving house

Trying to kill two birds with one stone here.
We're relocating to Milton Keynes because of work.
Has anyone used these before http://www.wilsonpeacock.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Olney/1350? Been a while since we moved and I'd rather use someone who's been recommended.
When I got the job offer the first thing I did was look at golf courses on google maps 
Any recommendations for them too? There seem to be quite a few around there.
