club Fitting

Posted by: user72620 | Sat 3rd Nov 2007 19:51 | Last Reply

hi  I would like some advice on my clubs .Around six months ago without really thinking about it too much i purchased a set of Callaway x20 clubs from Nevada Bobs in my local town .Up until now i have have a set of second hand Cobras steel heads and starting to play better and better so decided i would like a nice set of clubs .

I wasnt offered any fitting service at all and to be fair it has taken six months to find my range with these clubs the feeling of steel over cavity backs is completely different . I had a lesson from a local pro who has sewn the seeds of doubt a sto wether these clubs could be fitted for me but then went on to say that now i hwd purchased them i couldnt get them done because they where cavity backed and would break if anyone tried to alter the lie or loft , so as you can imagine im a bit confused.

also where would i go to have them looked at ?
