Help!

Has anybody tried to order from a website called golfunplugged.co.uk. I placed an order around 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my goods. I tried emailing but no reply and thier website is currently unavailable. I also had my credit card bill today and the money has been taken.

Anybody?

As you have paid by credit card, you will have no trouble safeguarding your money if they do not send the goods.

Give them a little more time but if no joy then dispute this with your card company. They will then deal with the merchant direct. Don't forget the merchant cannot afford to lose is credit card facility, so don't worry.

I have since contacted the c/c company and they are persuing it.
