West cornwall. If you're not far from devon, then Ilfracombe is lovely.

Agreed, Danny, Ilfracombe is lovely, but if he is coming from cornwall into Devon then he will pass two of the best courses in this country, namely, Royal North Devon(Westward Ho, the oldest golf club in England and Wales) and IMO the hardest golf course on this Island - Saunton Golf Club.
Are we still playing this week?

Sure are John. Just back from Devon, Ilfracombe. Wanted to play Westward Ho, Saunton, and Ilfracombe. With the poor weather, only had permission to play one course. Plumped for Ilfracombe as it was nearest. The way I played, I'm glad i did. The other 2 would have destroyed me.
