Decent track
Played here a few times over the years, not a long course but rewards accuracy.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 95 Handicap: 13)

West Byfleet GC
A parkland course in reasonably good condition for the time of year. Very flat and a lot of long par 4's. Fairways mostly in good condition. Some of the greens were a bit patchy but time of year and weather have not helped. Club house and facilities were very good. Ample parking and easy to find. A long way from where I live, so good to play once but not regularly for me.Reviewer Rating

Lovely Course
Driving past West Byfleet GC on the A245 gives little away of the delights it has in store, and even once you're in the car park there's little to get excited about. However, once the course comes into view you just know that you're at one of the nicer courses that Surrey has to offer. The course is very much tree lined, although I don't remember many holes where the trees made the fairways tight. Not that there aren't any tricky tee shots, because the large number of very well maintained bunkers means that you'll still have to hit good shots to hit the fairways. The greens are also well protected by bunkers. Water (I think) only comes into play in front of the pretty, and tricky, par 3 13th.
As for the condition of the course, the fairways were great, the greens were excellent, and the fairways don't let the course down either.
I would say that all standards of golfer would enjoy playing here.
The only downside to playing here is the huge number of trains that thunder past the course, but perhaps that isn't the worst thing in the world.
I didn't use it, but that clubhouse looks really lovely, and there's a well stocked pro shop with a warm welcome for visitors.
West Byfleet is a course that'd been around for 112 years by the time that I finally got to play it, and after playing it once I'm now hoping I don't have to wait quite as long to visit it again.

Lovely course in great condition
Lovely course which is in great nick - greens excellent and fairways immaculate. A few of the members were a bit stuffy but generally a good experience on an enjoyable course.Reviewer Rating
