The People's Park of Oceanside, CA since 1953
Very hilly course. Need to be a billy goat (hence name) to walk.Accuracy a must. Most greens are elevated and don't hold.
Nine par 4's, eight par 3's, 1 par 5.
Need yardage markers on the par 4's and par five.
Need better directional signage to some of the tee boxes.
