Best course I?ve played on the Algarve
An absolute gem of a golf course. Played in early January and the course was in fantastic condition, fairways a treat to play off, greens unbelievably fast but true and the bunkers full of soft white sand and beautifully kept.Staff very friendly throughout and a real treat to play this wonderful course.
The only downside for me, the very expensive green fee cost. Would play it far more often if not so pricey.

Competition Practice Round

Look out for the 9th ...
… it can spoil a round as I found out - tricky tee shot and then more water! Fairly open course otherwise and in great condition.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18.6)

Nice course
Played all three Quinta courses and Laranjal is my second favourite of them. The fairways were good, the greens ran well and the course played tough due to the wind even though they had put everyone off the front tees. The only negative was the course was very packed and you could see golfers wherever you looked.Reviewer Rating

I returned to this part of the Algarve after a long absence having not played this course before it is a welcome addition to complement the North & South courses

Fantastic layout, with some great holes.Very long par 3s and a tough back 9.

One of the best courses in Vilamoura area

Superb course - eventful round!
Played the course on the day of a huge forest fire which resulted in evacuation, but managed to finish the round - some truly excellent holes with fast greens throughout. Pleasure to play.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 89 Handicap: 17.9)

Excellent
Superb golf course, as good if not better than QDL North &South. Some tricky holes that need a bit of thought. Green true and quick. Small clubhouse but everything you need. Buggy recommended if a bit pricey. Would defo play again.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 76 Handicap: 5.7)
