Great testing course.....longer than expected.
Good testing course, 2 loops of 9....and longer than i expected. Will definitely return to play in dryer conditions(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 80 Handicap: )

visiting halfpennygreen golf club all I can say is WOW the course is set up for all standards off golfer and in great condition excellent drainage great range with views always a plus a short course area putting/pitching/bunker greens on route to the first tee clubhouse facilities excellent it offers more than a traditional golf club a very forward thinking club will be a regular course I shall be visiting on my journeys

Considering the weather, the course was in an excellent condition. Only criticism was that they could have managed tee times a little better. Did not give discount for students although the course said that they do.

Lovely course.....played like a links course today with the wind, some holes longer than expected, but in great condition.

Not having played this course for a number off years we decided to book a tee time for Saturday morning.to our supprise things have really come on leaps and bounds not your normal 9 hole golf course would put a lot off the more established courses to shame a great clubhouse friendly staff and the facilities have really come on gym driving range par3 course Footgolf excellent short game area and the range was manicured like a golf hole fairway cut out semi rough target greens and great views.we opted to play 9 holes at first then decided to play 18 holes as the course has had a new layout with what they call handicap tees we opted to play off the back tees and what a great test off golf it is now par 69 measuring just under 6000 yards.the golf course was manicured and presented in good condition to my supprise for this time off year greens where a bit bumpy in places as they had been air-rated holes but true and quite quick.overall view is this course is a great challenge for every standard off player now with great facilities affordable pricing will definitely be coming back
