My new favourite course in South Essex
Awesome course. Condition was really great considering the summer we've experienced. One temporary tee mat and one hole had empty bunkers that they were clearly doing work to. West greens had fresh sand laid and were really slow and tricky. This really didn't affect my experience on the day. They are clearly on top of keeping the course in superb condition. Lovely golf courses
Garon Park is short but very tricky, lots of well placed bunkers and an awful lot of rough.Greens were large and undulating.
Really enjoyed playing here with it's 3 sets of 9 holes.
Very good service and great food.

Superb greens
27 holes in 3 loops of 9, greens are always in great condition and fairways to, the only negative being the bunkers where the sand is not the best quality and some have too much sand and others with not enough. Very well stocked pro shop and club house and food and drink are excellent. Worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

lovely golf club
Played Garon Park over 2 days, playing a combination of the 3 main courses.Very impressed with the set up and condition of the courses, every hole was different, very challenging rough and best to keep on the fairways if possible

Great course in fabulous condition and good to see the bunkers well stocked with sand and raked.
Has possibly the best 19th hole in Essex thanks to the range of beer, food and great staff!

play the course on several occassions and compared to all the other courses i have played in the area and there are many i cannot think of anywhere better to play. the greens are superb and true, the fairways are in great condition to. i have always found the staff are very polite and approachable and the shop is well priced and always well stocked. In my mind its the best course in the area and so far any friends i have played always moan when they play somewhere else as they say they fancied a change then they all turn round and say should have gone to Garons.
