How they can call this a golf course is beyond me it's embarrassing worse course I've ever played fairways not cut winter mats basically unplayable apart from the greens it was just like hitting a ball around a public park and how the owners can be happy robbing off people making them pay to play on such a poor course is beyond me

needs a lot of money spending on it which i dont think they have, no club house and no sign of one being built and no date for new back 9 either, greens need looking after better and fairways need cutting shorter.

Rubbish!!!
Last year it wasnt in bad condition, Now its just awefull, no san din any bunkers, greens left long (but in good condition), very very very muddy, Tee boxes very worn down.
And £9 for 9 holes!! yes seems cheap, but not when you can play twilight hours at an 18 hole course for £10

Great day... best round for while rough bad and tees and greens worn but surprised by score due to swapping back to ping set from taylormades.

Under new management the course is getting better the greens r poor but they r getting better with a bit more work they will be good go give it go n support the new manager in getting barlborough a good course

Lovely day, not much wind, the ground is nearly unplayable, very soggy, drainage very poor, like a quagmire, greens running fast though.

Good beginners 9 hole with a bit of a challenge for higher handicappers aswell. Par 5 4th and the Par 4 9th both very good holes. Very wet at the moment tho

I Have played this course many times and it is a good simple course, which is great to learn on there is few bunkers. the 9th hole is one of hardest as you have a rather large lake with course fishermen to navigate. The club was destroyed by fire and vandals and the owners have worked really hard to keep the course going.

local to me 9 holer, ideal for practicing on. Room to hit long drives.. only thing that i dont like is the quality of the tee off areas..( not looked after) .no sand in any bunkers at all. And a few of the greems are in terrible condition. General maintance is the main issue.

No club house as it was burnt down. I would expect some upkeep of the course even in winter. I hope it improves for the summer.
