The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

o) The Good - The employees are AMAZING! They are nice, professional and attentive. The two chefs (Brendan and Juan) prepare wonderful meals. After a couple of meetings, they will all address you by name - nice touch. They make me feel special. Many of the members are very nice as well.
o) The Bad - There are a few members who act like they own the place - come late to their tee time then take the next tee time (mine!) without saying anything. There are some who fight for special interests and can be very snooty about it. Then there are those race cart drivers who call the Course Marshal and complain that there are people on the course in their way. During Covid, there are no social activities, unless you pay for golf. If you join as an equity member, you probably aren't thinking about terminating your membership anytime soon. However, be prepared to have to pay SIX MONTHS dues AFTER you tender your termination notice.
o) The Ugly - If paying SIX MONTHS dues AFTER you tender your termination notice isn't painful enough, and your termination date isn't effective until into the new year, then the Board also imposes a dues increase and an operations assessment of $500 in the new year. I guess this is because they appreciate their members.
