was a good course and was cheap and the people were very kind and helping the only thing is the greens need a bit of work

With Florida having been hit by two hurricanes recently, I probably didn't see this course at his best. There were certainly some very soft patches around the course, and we were asked to only ride the carts on the rough where possible. That said, I really enjoyed playing here.

It's a course with wide fairways, and while you can find some trouble, it doesn't appear to be a course where you have to spend ages looking for your ball. That has to mean more golf and less waiting around.

As for the condition, the fairways were a little patchy having been reseeded recently, but the greens were really good. I certainly intend playing here again soon.

Nice Course

Although a bit overbooked at times MetroWest plays well and is a good test of a golfer's mettle.

Park land golf at its best

Metrowest is an undiscovered gem, we found this through a mutual friend who is a member, the key here is its a public course that plays like a members only club, mainly played by locals but well worth a visit. the course although needed some work on the fairways due to the hot weather and drought, was a challenge to say the least, its as close as you'll get to a British parkland course with the added bonus of water hazards that seem to be a must have in Floridian golf. also unlike the resorts courses this is great value, the staff are all so welcoming.we will definitely be back.

A long and challenging course which provided a good challenge, however, the fairways were very sandy and almost like compost in some places which my group struggled to hit the ball cleanly from. I would not be in a rush to go back if I were to return to Florida given the number of quality alternatives nearby.

Despite getting "beaten up" on a few holes, I enjoyed my round here. The whole setup, from the course to the clubhouse, is really top notch. It's not the cheapest of courses, but look out for a deal on one of the tee time sites and then this becomes a bargain.

I played this course with my son for his first ever full round of golf. He enjoyed it which was the main thing and was able to use the hire clubs without any great difficulty. The GPS on the buggy was helpful for judging distance

Played in late Oct. 2008. $75 plus tax up till 12am then $49 after. Course was in very good condition. Tee boxes, Fairways and greens well manicured. Fairly open course, with generous fairways. Having said that there was enough bunkers to catch bad shots. There is water on 11 holes with the 9th being the signature hole. Played off the white tees at 6104 yards, for a better test would suggest playing off the blues at 6619 yards. Club House and Staff fantastic, facilities and pro-shop very good. Location is close to Universal Studios and International Drive. Played here twice now, course has always been in great condition, I would definately recommend it for all Handicaps !!!!
