Very wet
Very very wetGood course layout and facilities but front 9 very wet, ball plugging on most fairways. Green not great and slow

We played Flamingo course twice in Feb 2012. Expensive at $168 in Jan/Feb 'march but cheaper at other tomes. Course in excellent condition with good but fast greens.
Wide fairways with water and bunkers as protection on every green. Great test of golf and 5 tees to chose from dependent on handicap. Found many a fairway bunker but really enjoyed course. Was told it is superior to sister course, The Mustang.
