Wet boggy horrific uncut course
Possibly the worst place infact is the worst place I’ve ever played. Fairways not cut I understand we’ve had some rain but my god it was literally like a swamp !!! Plugged every shot even on fairways stay well away many better places around. Nearly £30A round to top it off

Indifferent day at Garstang GC
Wet in places and plugged edge of fairways on a couple of holes. Greens are very poor but they were like this last year at the end of March but did pick up and we're far better mid summer.I went for a practice swing which was fine but putting on an Axminster carpet off a pub floor meant there was never going to be a chance of scoring well!!

Dissapointed
Didn`t start well when guy in the pro shop didn't have a clue. 1st tried over charging us then couldn't grasp maths. Course was very very wet wet wet under foot therefore lost a few balls plugged which is so frustrating. Greens looked very shabby but to be fair they ran true and played better than they looked. The wind today out there was blowing a hooley at 40-50mph which didn't make for good golf but that's the nature of the game I suppose.
The 19th hole couldn't come soon enough. Alas this was also disappointing. Food overpriced. Tables and chairs not been wiped down. Not very friendly staff and the Guinness was poorly poured and didn't go down well at all.
Won`t be rushing back am afraid.

Got couple of slight issues
the course in general is in great nick, well defined and nice to play. The bunkers however need to be maintained. The course is now busy and as such the monies taken should be used to maintain it. I hit the bottom liner in one! Their was no sign they had been raked by grounds staff at all. I appreciate the issues at the moment but other courses are doing the hard work.. .
