This course has improved greatly over the last two years. The rough has been cut down in places which allows balls to be found but not necessarily easily. Good greens. Great value for money

Still cracking course
Excellent condition course, makes you think. Very enjoyable. Monday madness green fee £10 cannot be beaten, but the regular visitor fees are not over priced for this gem of a course.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 93 Handicap: 19.8)

The fringes of the fairways were a bit longer than last time I played here but saying that course is a good challenge that allows you to open your shoulders and go for the greens. Ladies in the 19th were really pleasant too

Great value Course - Friendly members
Played for first time - attracted by the Monday ?10 offer - although standard green fees also good value.A good mix of long forgiving par 5s, and short par 4s where position rather than length is key, as some with doglegs. Fairways in very good condition. No two holes looked the same.
Hollow tining of the greens recently made them a bit slow but otherwise true.
Was playing solo but paired up with 2 members who made me most welcome especially as speed of play was a bit slow at times (I guess maybe due to the Monday offer).

some interesting holes that test course management for bigger hitters. The round took 5 hours so speed of play was atrocious - need to do better plicing that

Great VFM
Lovely course. Very busy which was good to see. £10 per person is crazy cheap. Everywhere else has put prices up since restrictions were lifted. I will play here as often as I can. The owners deserve the custom for not being greedy.Reviewer Rating
