Challenging 9 holer
Lovely 9 hole course, really well kept and a real challenge with some tough holes. Also the option to play a back 9 off different tees.Reviewer Rating

Chorley cracker
Really enjoyed Oak Royal & such a friendly club!Joined a member for a round, the was in excellent condition with some really nice holes especially the par 3?s.
Would highly recommend & great value for money!

Great course, well worth a visit.
Drove from Preston to play this course, on arrival you meet the clubhouse and facilities which are quite grand. Every member of staff I met was polite and keen to help.The course is well laid out and has some tests but is still enjoyable for lower or higher handicap golfers.
My only criticism is the clubhouse/bar where I went to eat was a bit small, if I was with a four-ball we would I filled it. Food was tasty and good value for both the round and my snack after.

Lovely little 9 hole course
Great greens - maturing well. Not played for a good few years as the course was very new last time. Nice to see the trees growing well and the course maturing.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 98 Handicap: 22.1)

Nice course

I have been a member of this club since its first year of opening and have seen many improvements. While there are only 9 greens, the layout of the 18 tees does make the course play different, for high handicappers like me it is challenging but not sole destroying, its a great course play and enjoy.
