All the facilities, course layout and condition are great. The fairways and greens are in great condition, and there's a good variety of holes. I really enjoyed playing here.

An amazing venue, cannot recommend highly enough. The facilities are incredible and I have never seen any where like it. Best golf resort envy where.

Trackman
Gloria golf club is the first in Turkey & probably in Europe to install Trackman. Best golf course facilities as far as I'm concerned. 45 championship holes, great practice area, friendly staff. What more could anybody want.?Reviewer Rating

Top class course
first experience in playing golf in Turkey and lived up to expectations. Gloria Golf Club has 3 great golf courses all worth playing. Today we played the New Course. Top class facilities, practice areas are huge. New course itself in excellent condition, treelined but still plenty of room on the fairways. Greens fantastic if a little hard to read. Got to be on the must list if staying in Belekfirst experience in playing golf in Turkey and lived up to expectations. Gloria Golf Club has 3 great golf courses all worth playing. As good a test as it gets
I'm in the middle of a 3 week break and played the new course last week twice, whilst the old course was being re-seeded, and have played the old yesterday whilst The New now gets re-seeded this week.I'd heard wonderful things about golfing in Belek from family and friends and now I understand why. If these two courses are typical of the area, and I believe some courses are even better than these, then it truly is a Mecca for golfers. These are 2 wonderful courses that are a visual pleasure and a beautiful walk. The U.K. just doesn't do golf like this. You experience Turkish golf whereas back home you just play golf.
We're staying in the wonderful 5* Gloria Golf Resort where you book all your rounds in advance so no fussing. Being the off season now, as it so hot, it's has been easy to get on and I've barely seen another golfer out there ... it's just too hot. Teeing off at 0620hrs in 28C, as it's mid Aug, and finishing at just gone 1000hrs in 33C is hard work but boy it's worth it.
You're collected by shuttle bus that runs the 2 min journey to the courses every 30 mins and you know you're in for a treat the moment the bus drops you off. The facilities are immaculate with a number of putting/chipping greens and the driving range is superb. The staff very friendly and helpful and all this for a very fair price. As a hotel guest it's just €45 for 18 holes but €90 for non guests. It's €30 for a buggy and €30 for club hire, glad I brought my own clubs. No doubt these prices will change a great deal when the winter golfers come to play.
The New course is a delight and really quite similar to its older sister with the real noticeable difference for me being the narrowness of the Old. The Old is ruthlessly unforgiving off the tee and on several holes you'll find yourself hitting the fairway with no 2nd shot into green. It's almost bordering on cruel sometimes. Every par 5 fairway I hit on the New I was able to take the 3 wood out for the 2nd shot. I hit 4/5 fairways on the old and put 1 in the edge of the woods and that was the only hole I was able to bring the 3 wood out for my second approach shot as there was some obligatory tree obstruction for all the other 4 'successful' fairway finds. I was playing off the whites and don't have a 300 yd drive but still driving the ball consistently 250-275yd onto the fairway for very little reward. Maybe I was just unlucky, we'll see next time but the landing zones for the ideal 2nd are the size of a sixpence on The Old.
Both courses have plenty of water and some daunting, esp off the white tees, par 3s needing hybrids and 5 woods and I play off 6. If you're a 15 handicapper and upwards and going off the whites ... you'll need some spare golf balls in the bag ... and lots of them. It really is quite daunting but what a wonderful test.
Both courses are a par 72 and so far I've hit a 75 and a 79 on the new and I hit an 11 over 83 on the Old and I think that sums up both courses in a nutshell. The New slightly easier to score on and more forgiving. The Old a teeth bared Rottweiler of a course ... that you'll love just as much as The New for the raw challenge of it.
Overall - 10/10 for everything. I'm blown away by the quality of everything around me and the courses are just stunning.
Cannot wait for The Old course to kick the sxxt out of me again very soon.
