Interesting but playable layout - almost in greta condition
This was my second visit to Torrequebrada. Two years ago it was very wet and in need of some TLC but significant improvements have been made and it is now (almost) in great condition. There are a couple of holes on both nines that still seem to struggle with drainage but it was much improved. The GPS buggies are a great addition and the course played nicely. The front nine greens were some of the best we played on our golf break but the back nine greens, inexplicably, has been top dressed with sand. Given it was the peak of high season when we played, this seems a bit off. Apart from this, the course was great to play.(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 80 Handicap: 3.5)

Fantastic course in fantastic condition. Greens were great and very challenging. Only downer on the day was somebody in our group had things robbed from bag, apparently it isn't the first time its happened at this course either.

Have played this course many times and it's one of my favourites.
It's a bit on the hilly side so some might need a buggy.
Quite a challenging course with some great holes and stunning views.

I arrived without booking a Tee time, on the off chance they could fit me in. I was offered a start at the 11th by the starter (Jack) which I gratefully accepted. The course was in excellent condition, greens ran true and fast. Showers are excellent, towels are supplied via the Caddy Master. The food is also above average for golf club cuisine and reasonably priced.

I've played this course many times, not especially well I might add, but I like the course and the staff are friendly and generally its sunny and i've met some nice people on the course, sure you couldn't beat that!

Was told it was worth playing and was not disappointed. They are doing a lot of work to the bunkers at the moment to make the course even better. The fairways were like carpets and the greens were excellent. The course is walkable and I wish I had taken my trolley because a buggy was €30. It had gps on it. So it cost me €120. Range balls are one euro for aprx 20. Course guide was €5. If you go in a bunker you will be plugged. The club house looked nice and it is definately more upmarket than some of the other courses in malaga.

My playing partners rate the course very highly but I reserve judgement as the course was undergoing a lot of repair and renovation and was a bit scrappy.

Worst course ever played in Spain. Charged 75 euro and the course was having Lots of maintenance. Fairways and greens generally in poor condition. A couple of stunning looking holes but appalled that they can charge that price and thinks it's fair . We also had to come off at 14 ( hence scores added as 1 ) due to slow play . After back nine approx 15 mins wait on each tee ! In addition hired clubs and a buggy so 120 euro and on reporting this at the pro shop no offer of a discount !
Definitely would not recommend this course.

Played the course in April 16, it was in excellent condition, looks really smart and well presented. Not the longest / most difficult of tracks, so would have been nice to play from the white tee's. Our buggy broke down on the 6th green and someone was there to meet us immediately on the 7th tee with a new one. Great little club house with a vibrant atmosphere!
