Great Condition post Lockdown
First time I have played this course since before lockdown. They have done a lot of work in and around the green and smartened up the tees.Course is really green so you can take a divot which is more than can be said for most Spanish courses this time of year.Course is in great nick and a great place to play(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 100 Handicap: 18.5)

Love this course
About an hour from home, set in the hills of Molina de Segura. Great use of the natural hillside, fantastic views over Murcia. Ideally located for the men to play golf and the ladies to explore the commercial areas of Murcia. Staff are very good and the restaurant has a good choice of Tapas or Menu del Dia on weekdays. Played this course several times, never seen the course as good as this, excellent. Golfsake needs to update the score card, a lot of the holes have had their stroke indexes changed.

Very friendly welcome and quickly organised our 4-ball to get us out on the course. Great putting green, chipping green and driving range. The views complimented a challenging but fair course. Great mix of hazards, good overall length with some stunning views. Would recommend a cart / buggy

The course has changed a lot since I last played here. Relaid all of the greens, changed tee position on 15, added bunkers on 2 & 4. Makes it a great challenge. Greens are frighteningly fast, I just could not get used to them at all. Course is in great condition all be it the grass on the fairways has started to fade from lush green to yellow, normal this time of year and for the grass type. Would recommend playing here if you are in the Murcia RegionReviewer Rating

Greens were poor for a great course, different grasses used on greens, ball veered off true line quite dramatically depending on which grass it travelled over.

Altorreal golf club is not in Alicante, it's un Molina de Segura (Murcia).
It was designed by the renowned golf course architect Dave Thomas.
The course is improving fast and steadilly since the change in ownership of the club a couple of years ago. Two holes have been redesigned and a few more have been tweaked.
