Lovely course with stunning views
A well maintained course & wonderful setting. Fairways tight & a test for any golfer.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 110 Handicap: 22.1)

Very Quiet
I played at 0800 and the weather was glorious and the course desertedGenerally in good condition but the greens were in need of some attention

Hard courses. Advisable to take a cart. Long walk between 2 X nines. Some bunkers and green surrounds could have been better maintained.

course in good condition, greens very fast and green fee was fair, only negative was some of the bunkers were untidy around the edges

Great holiday courses - water hazards, elevation changes, nice scenery.
Generally in very good condition with the exception of the bunkers which were poor. Unraked wet sand.

Had a great time, this is the second year we have been to Almenara we have no hesitation in promoting this hotel and golf course.

On Holiday with my husband. The hotel, staff and the layout of the grounds and courses are brilliant. We will be going there again.

My wife and I had a great time at Almenara even though one of the 9 holes courses was closed. The hotel and chalets are excellent and so are the personnel. It was one of the best golfing holidays we have been on and we will be going again.

This is a fantastic course with some very picturesque holes.
Set up as 3 nines we played first thing in the morning and were the only ones on the course. We played Los Lagos & Los Pinos and both were excellent. I found it stretched every aspect of my game and is a snip at 40 euros. Play this course if you are close by you won't regret it.

Course in a very good condition, buggy included in our price and greens and fairways in a very good shape. I do not understand why people say it´s in bad conditions.
Staff friendly and service superb, we would return for sure. Recommended if you come to play golf in South Spain, Costa del Sol.

Put there prices up, getting quiet expensive. 40 euros for a buggy is too much!!!

I agree withe the earlier reviewers!
Great greens, great views and helpful friendly staff.
Slight damage caused by the local wild boars but I would happily return.
Hotel and thier staff were equally good, likewise the "on site" spa but the resturant (for dinner) seemed expensive. Local off site resturant at Guadiaro (La Terrazade) offered better value and food was really good.

A hard walk so a buggy recommended if it is hot - some fun holes and I would certainly return.
