A Good Round
Vale da Pinta is a varied course and I am told it has been used as a Seniors qualifier. On the day the greens were not that good as they had been recently dressed and were quite slow. Otherwise my wife and I had an enjoyable round.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 89 Handicap: 16.7)

Really good course challengein and and fun to play and would play again greens were in really good condition

Far too busy
Unfortunately we won't be visiting this course again on our annual Algarve visit. It is always far too busy, resulting in very slow rounds (once took six hours!). This year on the par 3 7th there were 4 people on the green and 12 waiting on the tee. If you want a buggy they?ll have run out and despite the long round, no-one comes out with drinks.Reviewer Rating

Tiger Tour 2019 - Day1

Course in really good nick and pace of play very good today. Green in good conditions but a couple of the holes are too penal - you shouldn’t have shots down the middle of the fairway rolling back down the hill. Please don’t cut the fairways on those holes on a hill too short.

Course is very good but a long walk between tees it’s made for buggy’s .Greens very quick and it excellent.Staff issusing trolleys and buggy’s rude and offensive ruined our day.

Always worth visiting
This course is a favourite as it is very picturesque. You can walk the course, but it is undulating, so the free buggy came in handy at times. Fairways in good order. There were some greens that had sandy patches, although having two greens to choose from on some holes enables them to rotate. Difficult to judge pace on the sandy greens so a couple of three putts sneak onto the card to spoil a good round. In saying that I think this is a course where ladies can expect to play to or under handicap.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 87 Handicap: 17.4)

This is such a great course it's very hilly so I would 100% use a buggie! Great layout and some stunning holes on here! Certainly not an easy course but very enjoyable
