Disappointing greens
The fairways and tee boxes were in good condition, overzealous sanding of the greens was a big disappointment. There was some earthworks in progress on a few holes, albeit had no impact on our round.Reviewer Rating

Definitely worth the visit
Played the course today as a 2ball with buggy deal £60.00 after 2pm,we arrived early and checked into the Pro shop ,the chap said if we wanted to go off early to proceed to the first tee and off we went.We completed the course in just over 3.5hours,into the club house for a coffee and cold drink

Always a joy to play
Course in excellent condition. Pace of play was good for the first 15 holes, then it started to back up, due to some very slow players 3 or 4 groups ahead. We did not stay for refreshments afterwards this time, but we usually stop for a pint in the terrace area.

Dreadful. Greens were the worst Ive seen in 40 years playing golf. Slow play and nothing done despite complaining to the pro shop.We took nearly 5 hours following 2 groups of members.. Service afterwards was poor food was charged wrongly and didnt turn up on 3 occasions. Generally a poor experience. We wont be back.Reviewer Rating
