Stunning course, challenging
A stunning course set against the backdrop of the Wrekin near Telford. A very challenging course both in terms of play and physically. We hired a buggy which took the strain. Not played here for a few years, but it's just as tough. Enjoyable but well worth getting to the clubhouse. Great bar, friendly staff. Would recommend!Reviewer Rating

Well worth a visit
Had a great round here. Very much a challenge both the hills and the course but I will be back. Staff and members are fantastic and the food was great too.Reviewer Rating

Great course. Short but a great mix of holes that use the natural contours of the land well. Very hilly in places but nice elevated tees give good views of the holes. Course in excellent conditions. Greens have some of the biggest slopes I've encountered and the pin positions are rarely on the flat. Greens are so fast that 3 putting from close range is very easy.

Excellent course, really good condition. Greens were lightning quick. Quiet on the course too so round was quick.

Great day
Six of us played last week on one of the only recent dry days. We could not have been made more welcome . Despite the recent bad weather and early season the course was in excellent condition . Make sure you book a buggy .Reviewer Rating

Brilliant course, very enjoyable to play and well maintained considering the winter weather. Will definitely be playing there again and would consider a membership.

Quite a hilly course, but very good layout. I'd recommend getting a buggy. It is a short course. The greens are quite small but they run true and the course isn't set up to punish you.

Considering the time of year (March 2017) the course was very good, parts of the course fenced off to protect against the recent wet weather which was understandable but no winter greens in use. The greens were like lightning I imagine in summer they will be like Augusta - I would go back just to practice of such fast greens I have never played anything like them before even on the Algarve
