Immaculate Greens
I've played this course for 14 years, and whatever the weather, the greens are immaculate. The course generally is maintained to a very good standard, but the greens compare with any that I've played.Reviewer Rating

Played a twilight here course in good condition, however practise areas were closedv so disappointing visit. Otherwise green v soft too slow !!

I'm not good at writing reviews and I'm biased towards the club, I'm a member. So having said that I have played many courses and been a member of a few clubs in my time, Whittlebury is by far the best course and the friendliest membership I have encountered. I no longer play competitively but I always look forward to my next round.

Nice conditions the yellow course is easier than the blue, greens were a little slow compared the practice greens

An Interesting challenge
A day after heavy rain the course was still a little damp, I'm told it was due to the area having a clay based soil. However it still played well, if with a reduced roll on the fairways, the greens however were beautiful, good ball roll and challenging undulations. Difficult to fault.Reviewer Rating

Home from home

Fantastic condition

After a period of excessive rain the course dried out very quickly and is playing exceptionally well within 3 days.

Well worth a visit
Had a family golf w/end here during Covid. Course in excellent condition. All holes well designed with plenty of space for wayward shots. Really good finishing holes on the red course.(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 100 Handicap: 16.1)
