Good solid course

Maldon 4Ball @ Wensum
We had an excellent weekend of golf at Wensum to great contrasting course. The overall facilities are excellent and they also had a couple of real ales on hand pump. If you love golf you must play the two Wensum courses.Reviewer Rating

Great golf complex with 2 really good challenging courses. Valley course is slightly easier to negotiate than the Wensum. Come here for 3 days once a year. and really enjoy it.

Fantastic course worth visiting
Played both the Valley and Wensum courses staying overnight in the hotel. Both courses tough, but "water" holes on back 9 of Wensum particularly challenging. Hotel accommodation and food extremely good. Staff excellent. A fantastic two days at a VERY reasonable package price. Will CERTAINLY be back with my local society.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 19)

Beautiful course & location
This is a great location. Our society has been going every June for 20 years. Fairways a little dry & hard but tee boxes and green are superb. Accommodation is good and the food fabulous Well worth a visit and a few nights stay.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 24.1)

lovely course
this is the easier of the two courses, so for my first ever proper game of golf it was ideal, lots of width so not too bad, as to losing balls.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 130 Handicap: )

Came here for a golf weekend as a group of 4 and had a great time, having two course to play was great. Overall very good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Hotel is in need of modernisation but for a 1 night stay it was fine.
