Great course
First round on golf shake and really impressed with The Warren... bit busy but play moved quickly. No major holdups(Round played: Feb 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: )

Requires some TLC
Very picturesque and peaceful course.Many tough holes due mainly to the trees, made even tougher these days by some of the course being in poor condition. They appear to be spending a lot of money on the Wedding / functions facilities but not the golf course.
Worth playing, but could not play regularly until condition of course is addressed.

Gone downhill
This course has gone downhill. It used to have such a good reputation but it seems since it was sold by administrators the upkeep of the golf course has diminished. Super layout and a tough course, however all fairways are patchy and the greens are in a terrible condition. However they are still charging like they are one of the best courses in the county. Unless the course conditions improve I would not recommend playing anytime soon for the prices they charge.(Round played: Oct 2018 - Score: 86 Handicap: 12.5)

This is a thinking person course with some very interesting holes. The course was in good condition and the greens were good if a little bobbly and odd weed. The crossovers were a bit off putting but according to locals they work out ok. Worth a visit to play it

Overall a great course and set-up. It's interesting and always a challenge. With the ground so dry was almost playing like a links course.

Warren Golf Club
I was a member here for 18 months on a very good introduction deal.The staff are friendly and the facilitys are good, and in the time I was there the club did do things to make improvements.
The course is certainly not easy, what I didn't like about the course is there are a number of blind holes, as much as I don't like trees being cut down there are a number of holes where the position of trees block out the greens which makes the holes unfair but it is worth playing.

Lovely woodland course
Lovely and quite parkland course. Though there are several crossover holes they did not present a problem as we were made aware of the .All staff very pleasant & friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed playing this course.

Challenging
A great challenge of golf. Only criticism is it quite a dangerous course as there are to many hole that cross each other, and a couple of tee shots there is a green very much in danger of hitting someone. Fairway markers for 150,100 yards would be very helpfulReviewer Rating

Well looked after. Quite hilly in parts and has a few crossover hole.Which could be a problem if busy.
