Excellent Greens
First 8 holes the fairways were very dry - back nine much better - greens are truly excellent - Interesting start and finish to the round - friendly club and bar. Excellent value (£20 each for a three ball using county cards). We play off 12, 12 and 18 - challenging holesReviewer Rating

We got a ?17 deal for a 10am tee at Warren. A lot of course for the money! Short, but plenty of danger for mid-high handicapper. Plenty of coastal wind makes for a tricky shot choice. Very nice views and friendly welcome with a walk through the course on the aerial photo before leaving the club house. Not the most pristine links but great value for money.

Great Course, not to be judged by the 1st hole (Looks very poorly kept as you arrive). However once out on the estuary this course really takes off, some very interesting holes with blind tee shots (White tees). Greens were in immaculate condition, rolling true and quite quick. Friendly welcome in the clubhouse, great value, would return for sure!!!

Very compact course with some 'risky' overlaps of fairways. Fairways full of rabbit holes. Lots of GUR. Couple of interesting holes and some nice views. Car parking a little risky and cars in danger of being hit by wayward shots.
Would only consider playing again if round was somewhat less than we paid, and we paid a Twilight rate with only just enough time to complete18 holes .

Played a few courses in Devon now when visiting family. This course is the best in my opinion by miles. The staff can't do enough for you, unlike other places who obviously don't want your money when you try & get a round in. Greens are superb and the course plays different every time.
