Great challenging course
Played in society do , very warm welcome , excellent breakfast , course in good condition considering time of year .(Round played: Oct 2020 - Score: 118 Handicap: 35.6)

A beast of a course, when the Channel wind is blowing! A good challenge at any time, the proximity to the coast makes this a real test.

Steep hilly clifftop course. Only 3 flat fairways on the whole course, 1,2 &9. Course in good condition.
Very dry. Ball runs a long way on fairways and greens. Some greens are cut back into the fairway leaving up to a 3 ft verticle drop from fairway to green in some cases with downhill run. Challenges the chip and run skills. Would recommend a buggy if you struggle walking.

Cliff Top Beauty
This is a lovely course with spectacular views over the sea. We played in their Open Week and so the course was very busy, but the pace of play was fine. The greens were true and fast. The fairways due to the lack of rain were fast and because of the slopes on many of them you have to think about placing your ball in the best position to get maximum run. We have played this course on a number of occasions, always in sunny conditions and so my thoughts may be coloured by the lovely conditions. However, do try it if you are in the area. The Club and the Cliifs

Nice course that starts off easy and gets more challenging. Interesting slopes to fairways. Ball runs on a long way due to chalk layers. Greens OK. Play was a bit slow due to a competition.

Returned to this course today. As always it's a pleasure to play. Greens had been HT'd and sanded, but still good to putt on. Fairway were excellent and the ball was running a long way. Great club with very friendly members and staff. Haven't played here in bad weather conditions and I bet it's a lot tougher.
The Brains SA was a plensent surprise back in the bar. A great days golf.

Good course with some holes that certainly make you think about your game. The little tea hut half way round is a nice touch and a welcome sight.

played here on the 5th June with a society and cannot overstate just what a fab course and club this is. the members were extremely welcoming, the course was in great condition, albeit we played a week before their open competition week and the rough was extremely long and punishing. the greens were as well kept as any I have seen locally and to top it off almost every hole has a view of the English channel. The only fly in the ointment was the pro shop who forgot to provide us with nearest the pin and longest drive markers but given the quality of the course not one of our group even complained about that! great course.
