The greens were true and relatively fast, even though they'd only just been treated. The fairways and light rough were kept well maintained and every facility you want (Ball cleaners, cloths, divot boxes, seating and something I personally like, bunker rake holders) to help to have a good round of golf. It helped I scored 85 (41 points) to enjoy my pint in the clubhouse afterwards, looking over the beautiful views of the course. Great day all round, and we'll done to an excellent course.

I found the course interesting throughout, with some well-designed and shaped holes, par 3s which require an accurate but not intimidating shots and deceptively tempting par 5s. There is plenty of trouble to get into around the course to rack up some of the less-desirable scores, but it never feels too tight or unfair. The water on the course tends to be streams crossing fairways rather than massive lakes and the one pond does not really come into play.
The fairways are great with a couple swails ready to swallow up your ball at the slightest invitation, however, the real highlight is the greens: varied, well defended and thoughtfully shaped, you could play this course a dozen times and not hit the same putt twice.
Highly recommended for all handicaps. I will be returning.
