Great golfing day
Played Llangollen for the first time with our society (PRIDES)in June 2018.\What a fantastic golf course.Very welcoming by all, great food and a good deal.\Well worth while trip from Liverpool.\We all returned to enter the annual 4 ball better ball competition.\The course was again in perfect condition.\We thoroughly enjoyed every minute also the scenery was outstanding (took loads of pictures on my I phone).\We have put Llangollen on our diary for 2019.\I’m sure we’ll have a great time again.\Well done all who keep Llangollen golf course in such fantastic shape & all those who run it day to day.

Monday trip
Wow , friendliest course ever. The young pro was brilliant giving us tips , my garmin battery ran out he gave me his , on course everyone said morning, met lady captain on course was very chatty making us feel welcome afterwards had meal top draw , will be going back with friends .The course was very green and the greens were in good condition not hilly so easy to walk around(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 79 Handicap: 11.3)

A lovely parkland course in a magnificent setting. The greens were in great condition. Very naughty par 3 to finish with a wicked sloping green.

Challenging but fair test of golf. A well kept track with lush fairways, reasonable rough and true carpet like greens. I thoroughly enjoyed my round and highly recommend a visit. The course played quite long and I would say short hitters might not enjoy it as much, many par 4's are around 400 yards- even off the daily tees!

Played the Senior Open yesterday - course in great condition both fairways and greens. Scoring was high even in rain and gusty wind which suggests course is not particularly demanding. Overall a must visit venue - best value is in one of their numerous opens. Shower re-furb very welcome and food was good quality and reasonably priced.

Brilliant course nestling within the "Vale" as the name implies.
Relatively flat course but don't underestimate it's layout, tight fairways and hazards abound.
receptive greens and they run true and pretty quick, clubhouse is warming, friendly and pleasant, good choice of food and prices are good value.
