gem of a course
Tyneside is a tremendous golf course with well-kept greens. Every hole is a different challenge which will appeal to golfers of all abilities.It is not overly long but accuracy is paramount on every tee. There are a good mixture of elevated tees and blind shots which demand accuracy. The clubhouse is traditional and well-established with a proud history. Overall a superb golfing experience-one not to be missed.Reviewer Rating

Well prepared course. One problem is there are a few blind tee shots so be prepared to have to look for your ball.

Tyneside is an excellent test of golf. Every hole is different and accuracy is paramount off the tee. The greens are always in immaculate condition and consistent in their pace. I would recommend this courese to anyone who would like to experience a typical Colt course.

Lovely course, warm welcome.
I really enjoyed playing this course and will be playing it again next spring. The greens had recently been worked on and the weather had been really wet in the weeks leading up to our game, but it was still in great condition and I am looking forward to our spring visit.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 15.2)
