Great golf course in very good condition - can get a bit windy on the more exposed holes but can't use that excuse this time. Well worth trying this course.

High moorland course. This is a difficult walk but a good and testing course. It' is alwys in very good condition and well worth a visit.

Course was very wet after some serious rain but apart from the 13th it was still very playable. Course is beautiful with some amazing holes. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully when it's not as soggy.

I've played this course a couple of times now. Its slightly higher up in the hills than Dunscar but it shares the same quality views of Lancashire. Again very reasonably priced and well maintained. Quite a hilly course with some steep climbs in part but its worth the effort.

Out of the two courses (Dunscar and Turton) I slightly prefer Turton.

Very tricky course with a lot of wind to add to the fun, buggy or trolley advised as it is very hilly with some big walks between holes. Facilities not the best but a lovely course with amazing views

Unfortunatly played this course on a very wet day although the course still played well. Friendly welcome in the pro shop. Course is quite undulating and exposed with a few blind tee shots so windy days could cause a few problems. Part moorland, part parkland type course with trees and whispy rough. Some nice par 3 holes, especially 2nd and 4th from elevated tees. Greens in fabulous condition, only gripe is too much sand in some of the bunkers. Another friendly welcome in quaint clubhouse. Well worth a visit.
