Poor course
Cant complain about the price as breakfast plus golf for less than £20 is good. Food is nice and bar staff friendly but course lets its self down big time. Greens very poor, flowers growing shows when they was last cut... You can miss a green by 5 yards and have a lie on a patch of mud which might swell be concrete.Reviewer Rating

I Played here one evening just for a quick nock, terrible course, letting 5 balls out, greens poor, anyone that rates 5 stars have never played a good golf course

Don’t play here
I played here Wednesday 18th July. Very disappointed in my visit. I had heard very good things about this golf course and was very excited to play here, but that soon changed after reaching the 1st green. The greens here are awful, they were long, patchy and very heavy. While the course layout is good and the course itself is enjoyable, the greens hugely spoil the experience. I regularly play at Cranham Golf Course, which as a lot of golfers will know is a short well maintained course and th greens are superb. While Cranham isn’t as challenging as Top Meadow, and the course layout isn’t as good, I would happily pay to play at Cranham rather than putt on top meadows shambles of greens.Reviewer Rating

Bit gutted
Played here on Sunday 22nd April and was really disappointed how bad the greens was.Considering the amount of rain we have had they was really dry and bobbly and really really slow.Also they all had been hollow lined so putting was a defo no-no.Will defo go back because I have played here before but I think I will leave it for a while until the greens are back to there original self,fast and trueReviewer Rating

Top Meadow
Driving range facilities very poor, range balls very dirty and some were split, looks like they are very old golf balls, range mats have seen better days very worn, lack of various size tees on range mats, all this lets the Golf Facilities down badly !!Reviewer Rating

Tired and unloved
Needs much remedial work on paths and greens. Filthy buggies at every visit gives the impression nobody cares much. Bunkers are an utter disgrace!Reviewer Rating

Seeing as the course hasn’t been played on for 7 weeks I thought the condition of the course was poor . The fairways grass was too long and inconsistent and the greens are rubbish. Head grounds man needs to take a good look at himself

(Round played: Jul 2016 - Score: 99 Handicap: 10.5)only second round and it is cheap. However hard greens make them difficult to hold. Almost plays like links with firm fairways........it's an OK course.
