First rate course. At his suggestion the pro took me to the tenth tee to avoid some four balls which had just teed off on the first and as a result I was able to play at my own speed. Greens and fairways were in excellent condition. The variety of holes demands good course management. Well placed bunkers, mature trees, narrowish fairways and a few water hazards require careful shot choice. All set in a picturesque area. Well worth the visit.

Great view of 18th Green and Tee from Club house.

greens are wicked right now and rest of the course is in fine condition, short to have a new halfway butt house, just off the 9th green.

The course was in perfect condition, all the greens were true and firm, they had put on fertiliser, still very good, all the course was good.

Very good mature course. Greens were also very good. Only complaint is £ 42 is a little pricey to play at the weekend.

My local club, greens are excellent. Hard course as several holes have trees to negociate around, particularly so the 4th,9th and 16th. Fairways, many have 'ridge and furrow' form pre-farm land days, which can give problems with lies. Excellent views of the Hambleton Hills.
