Where do I start , no work has been done on this course in years , boggy greens / fairways, bunkers poor no rakes, no yardage markers, proper gone downhill this course, 23 pound a round?!?!?? , there is better municipals

Not an expensive day for Coffee/Bacon, 9 holes, soup & sandwiches and then 18 holes. People and food helpful and very nice. Course maybe suffering under dry conditions, some holes unplayable, more luck than skill required. Greens terrible, like putting on a thick carpet, if you can avoid the various marks on 'most' greens.

2018 starts here
A very heavy/wet course which badly needs some sun to dry it out as I can't see holes 2,10 and 11 been ready for at least may which is a shame. Also have been told the course is under new management and they are exploring options regarding winter holes and the closure of those 3 holes(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 0)

The rough just off the fairways was far too deep. This spoilt the day for us as we were spending far too much time looking for hidden balls just off the fairway

Meh
I don't know what to think of the course. Some lovely holes and some holes that would turn your stomach. In my opinion, the 10th is unplayable. Anyone who can play that and walk off with a par nearly every time, hats off to them. I hope to be nearby so I can play it again one day. At least then I can give it the benefit of the doubt.Reviewer Rating

Not too bad at all.
Decent nick to say it's winter. All the greens were in use barring 1 which had a temporary with no signage as to how far it was which was annoying. Also, they've changed the layout of the course last year so when putting the scores in Golfshake you have to use the old hole number system! This needs updating! Same happened with my watch! Only other thing was every tee was off the mats which have no grip!Reviewer Rating
