Never a PGA course

Played the Brabazon and pga this week, the courses are in dire need of attention, it shouldn’t take 5 and a half hours to complete a round of golf, waiting for 10 minutes on every hole, fairways havnt been cut, bunkers not raked, sand all over the fairways, greens not ironed, past my complaint over to the head of golf and he says he will pass my comments onto the greens staff. never again !!!

Bargin price

The midweek price to play The Derby course was a bargin . The greens were in excelent condition even on on the rainy day we played.
A few more distance markers would be nice but the way we played our score wouldnt have changed much ! Our bus driver to the first tee was very friendly and had a few helpful tips.

Fantastic course

As always, great course, challenging to play due to hidden undulations in the greens and the vast amount of water on the front 9.

PGA National

The PGA National is a very good partner to the Brabazon, especially at ?140 cheaper on the day!!
A really nice layout, with some water & some very challenging bunkers. Generally it's in superb condition & the greens were lightning fast for March. It had rained heavily most of the day before, so there was some standing water, but not bad for the time of year & the weather we'd had.
There wasn't much strategy needed off the tee it was driver every time, but the bunkering challenged your approach choices a few times.
The bunkers were a bit heavy & wet, but as I said we'd had a lot of rain.
It was disappointing that both putting greens were closed, I can understand one to control the traffic, but not both.
It's basically the Brabazon but without the signature holes so overall a great golfing experience.

I had the pleasure of playing the Brabazon recently and it was a fantastic experience. The course was in immaculate condition and it was easy to recognise several holes from past Ryder Cups. The layout itself was challenging but still very playable, taking advantage of the natural surroundings. The course was well kept and presented, and carried an aura of history and atmosphere which made it a pleasure to play. I highly recommend the Brabazon for any golfer looking for a challenging round of golf, in a stunning setting.

This course is truly remarkable. The layout is challenging yet the condition of the course is excellent. It is a special day out with great holes and superb condition that truly tests your golfing abilities. The history of the course is prestigious and well kept. Customer service, hotel, and pro shop facilities are all spot on. Despite the time of year, the course is in great condition. Overall, it is a quality course that is world renowned and I am glad I finally got to play here.

Brabazon, fantastic scenic course in great condition. A tough course for the average player. Unfortunately the angry marshal was very harsh. Despite our group being held up on the tee at most holes, it was a slow round, the marshal told us (and groups ahead of us) to quicken up or we?d need to skip 1-2 holes. It ruined our round unfortunately
