Pretty good for an Autumn round. Not keen on a couple of the holes, but perhaps that is just me!

played this in january and was in good condition, opening hole par 4 down hill is very picturess, there's a par 3 on there that you play at a post that looks like it is on a faiway but actually is in a large basin that you can't see from the tee very strange but entertaing all the same.Club and shop are well stocked.Found it a bit pricey for what it was.

Very good Club House. In general a good course, however, there are a number of poor holes. Off the fairway, the first cut was very long.

Enjoyed my visit here and will return someday. Very original layout with a 350 yard Par 4 which is driveable as it is all down hill. A very established course that challenges all aspects of your game. The clubhouse over looks the valley with spectactular views all around. Facilities were very good but really the range is only for members as it is a vry long and hilly walk to the range. Overall a good round and will return someday.

Lovely English Countryside Course

Very pleasant course.. great views and amazing greens
Without doubt the best greens I've played this year and probably in living memory.Some fabulous holes - the first tee sets the bar very high with views over Berkshire with a steep downhiller. Some really nice holes but some beasts of a bunch of par 3's. At par 69 there are 5 par 3s. 2 are short 130 yards but the other 3 are >200 yards which are not easy.
In the summer I hear the rough gets punishing so lucky to play in May!
Thoroughly enjoyed especially hitting 3 birdies (2 on those long par 3s so don't be intimidated as I am not a long hitter!).
Lovely terrace outside the 19th!
Excellent sausage baps to start the day.
£30 with a member is a steal
For those thinking of joining for a very reasonable £1200 you can join and get 35 rounds of golf which in this area seems to be a huge bargain --membership has doubled since it was introduced apparently.

Good challenging course, very hilly!
I really enjoyed this course despite a poor start to the round. Not to be played by the unfit I think! Greens were good, the fairways were very dry and hard, not green at all, but it has been very hot and sunny for weeks. Would happily play again.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 96 Handicap: 17.9)

Have just joined Temple and played my first round as a member on Sunday, Some tricky holes for the first timer, so will relish it next time we play. just over 3 hours for 18 holes, would have been quicker but for a wayward driver. course was in excellent condition great views across the valley. Nice welcome from everyone in the clubhouse and Proshop.

I really enjoyed this course,it is an excellent venue for a society day as will test without overly challenge all ranges of golfing handicaps.
It is quite a narrow course which takes out blasting the driver on each hole and I found the Par 3's quite tricky.

Fantastic course in excellent condition considering the weather we have been having. New head greenkeeper who came from Sunningdale GC and he has made a big difference in a short space of time. There are some testing holes and some tempting holes if you are a big hitter. Overall a lovely clourse and if I stayed just a little closer I would be a member here, no question.

First rouind after having joined again, the course has seen significant improvements since I last played, greens are quick and true, the rough has been managed better, vast improvement all round.
