Sutten Green is a great course with a number of water hazards, and a few tricky holes, as well as some open fairways to go for the long drive. Played here many times. The staff and bar are welcoming and friendly, and a good course for any medium standard golfer.

Poor Practice GREEN FEE 2-4-1 Voucher
We booked 2 ball using a voucher. Published price on booking online portal was £25/head. We expected to pay £25 and were charged £50/one player 2nd player free with voucher.We queried this with club who explained they use their standard rate which is not published on website. So we simply could have booked online and paid £50 anyhow without wasting a voucher. This has been taken up with the club and voucher company.
Other than that. Dry fairways obviously. Had a good round but on a rather up and down boring course. Held up by slow 4-Ball

Course was reasonable but greens had been areated which made putting a bit of a lottery and spoilt some of the fun.

Nice lay out, greens in great condition but course should not have been open, fairways were waterlogged and 50 / 50 whether you found your ball or not. Would return in the summer.

Nice Course
Despite all the rain on Saturday the course was open for play on Sunday.The greens were in good condition and gave a true roll and the fairways were in good condition in most areas. Some bunkers had water in them but this was not surprising given the downpour. This didn't spoil the outing.
No restaurant breakfast but a good cafe in the village.

Good day out
Course is in good condition with some well thought out holes and some that seems to be forced. But in all a really nice course for the price.(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 83 Handicap: 10.9)

cut the grass!!
Great course but fairways could do with a trim.. 1st cut in better nick than fairways! Crows have been digging up greens which isn't the courses fault but frustrating when you putt... a bit of love would make this course awesomeReviewer Rating
