What the club says: Par 69 treelined course set in the outskirts of Stourbridge Town. This course requires golfers to keep themselves in play. All of the par 3's will test any golfer's ability and the 2nd hole is the club's signature hole - a par 4 dog-leg left with the green well protected front and sides with bunkers - walk from here with a par 4 on the card and you can give yourself a pat on the back!!!

Having paid in advance for our April society day we arrived to find the course in a shocking condition with the putting green having almost no grass on it with as we found later the main greens still suffering from scarifying damage making it almost impossible to put. The bunkers had not seen any maintenance for weeks with grass even growing in the sand. asked us to submit a complaint with a view to a reimbursement from the green fees which we did but as of yet after some three weeks no reply so lads give this venue a miss it is little more than a turnip field.Reviewer Rating

Stourbridge GB - nice traditional course - great greens
June 2024 - course is in great condition. Nice atmosphere and environment at the club. For a small piece of land they fit some really interesting holes. All tees and greens in great condition.Reviewer Rating

First time but won?t be the last..
Played this course for my first time in a Pro Am (i was an am) and what a great course it is.Very well looked after with great bunkering and some of the quickest greens you'll find. Some holes do cross over but it doesn't really impact on your game or the speed. Food was lovely.

Superb condition, becoming a firm favourite
Top class course worth the 50 min drive, finals day cannot fault the condition and greens even early season very very slick and true.Club is super friendly and a very warm welcome from Assitant Stuart, 100% back very soon.
Shame the practice area is miles away only downside :-)
a few cross over holes but once you played it, you really don't have any issues with them at all.

Super friendly course
OK its a bit spaghetti junction is places #CrossingFairways but the layout is excellent. Professional is super friendly and members also. Winter series great value @ £20Practice area is near 2nd tee a good 10min walk #OwnBallsRequired
Greens good for November even after morning frost. 45pts so back for finals day in April 2018 :-)

Harder than it appears!
Nice course, good value when on offer but not worthy of the regular £40 a round price. Greens are a good pace and true, course in generally good condition albeit there were a few patchy sections and one or two bunkers that need a bit of work. Tough challenge with no easy holes and lots of trouble to be found with mature trees, long grass and brambles. Good variety with elevation changes you may not expect for the location.(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 109 Handicap: 25.9)

Nice parkland course. Tree lined holes make for some tight drives. Not the longest course in the world but every hole is well protected. In lovely condition considering the weather with quite speedy greens. There are a couple of hills nicely incorporated into the course but once you've negotiated them the course flattens out. Some fairways do cross over each other but on a quiet day it doesn't really make any difference. Total bargain at £11 on teeofftimes daily deal as the pro said normal price at this time of year is £36 a round

As a first timer, rather unsure of what to expect. As it was I thoroughly enjoyed it. First few holes are a bit up and down but then it flattens out to some great holes. A bit muddy given the weather so no roll, however when the summer comes in this will be a fantastic course to play. Highly recommend this at least once guys.

Course in nice condition but the course layout is very poor. There's a few boring up and down holes and lots of holes crossing over each other.

Poor standard of service as we had entered a open pairs comp to find out the other pair had been booked in at a different time.As this was the only reason we were at this club to find we could not play in the comp and felt like the staff was not bothered we will not be going back

I really enjoy this course, I prefer to play the Hampton, Blythe course, played the somers course on the rare occasion just for a game but don't really enjoy it.
