Fabulous views from the seaside and the upper holes. Enjoyable pitches along the green hills. Friendly staff.

amasing course played on a cliff only one par 5 but very tough place to score most fairways on a slope so if you dont use the slope you will get caught out by the wind if you go with the flight every hole is a chalange with the wind in play the stand out hole is probely the 15th but you might think different you hit over a vally onto a small green 156yeards long into the wind sss is 64 aswell so need to be able to play in the wind to score well here pro shop is in the clubshouse aswell next to the bar nice we set up in the clubhouse the barmade who was working was also stunning so that was a plus on a top days golf

Breathtaking views over the cliffs, fantastic par 3's and a friendly atmosphere. At 5103 yards off the white tees it may not seem too much of a challenge but add a constant wind and straight forward holes on paper are suddenly card wreckers. A must play if you are ever up the North East of Scotland.

An absolute must play cliff top golf course. It's so much fun flying shots over the gully's, cliff edges, railway tracks, churchyards, etc.
Hope the wind is up when you play, that makes it even more fun, the Par 3 15th at 161 yards can be hit with anything from a Pitching Wedge to a Driver (we used 3 Woods and Rescue clubs, such was the wind strength). This really is a little gold nugget of a course with quite stunning views. This is no modern day set up golf course, the clubshop/bar/reception are all one!

Amazing seaside views
On a beautiful summers day you will struggle find a more picturesque golf course anywhere in the world.Some challenging par 3s over gorges, are otherwise spoilt by some sloping fairways requiring one leg sorter than the other. Very challenging however when windy.
The club house as well has amazing views over the Stonehaven Bay.
A must play if in the Aberdeenshire area.

Definetly recommend this course beautiful scenery a few holes is pretty hilly so I hope you are pretty fit before you play this course.
