Lovely course, in really good condition. Bit unfair to judge the facilities as in partial lockdown still, but the fish and chips were excellent.

Great course - not long but still tricky

Great course in good condition. Some challenging holes and two par 5's to finish was a test on a warm muggy day! But thoroughly enjoyable old style course - mature and greens in great condition

A hiden Gem for sure.

Having heard positive reviews ahead of playing Stanton for the 1st time my expectations were High and Stanton did not disappoint. It's a lovely course and the greens excellent. The clubhouse facilities are very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit as a group of 8.

Excellent course and well maintained

Nice course lay out. No real water hazards except for a few ditches. But, made up by nice lay out and good range of bunkers. Friendly club.

A must play course

A good all round test of your game, especially short game and putting on the true, quick greens.
Definitely be back to play again.

A must play in Notts

The course is maintained to high quality with fast & true greens, get the line and pace and you'll hole out. Food and hospitality also great.

Excellent society venue

last visited in april 2016 and my positive comments are still justified.This is a great society venue with a very friendly welcome to our party. Despite the greens being sanded that morning they were in good order and very true.I like the layout of this course as it is a very strategic construction.Accurate tee shots are required with errant ones being heavily punished.Food and hospitality were superb and our party of 32 were unanimous in praise of this facility.
