Tight course but awful greens
A very tight course, possibly the tightest I've ever played! It is quite a picturesque course and has good potential. However, the rough was too long and I spent loads of time searching for balls just off the fairway. There are many blind shots making it hard to see where balls land. The greens were awful, longer grass than any winter greens I've played on and just like fairway, even rabbit holes on some! Bunkers were very small and whilst it was entertaining, I would not play it again, even at £10 a round, unless they made an effort with the greens as putting was a joke! I also spent a good 15 minutes trying to work out where the 7th tee was, as there was no signage and in general it was a hard course to navigate in places. Could do so much better to be honest and it could be a nice club with some focussed improvements.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 15.5)

Shrivenham Park
Visited on a very wet December day, so it's hard to properly judge.Course was generally in a fair condition for the time of year & weather.
Quite a bit of litter about, and some greens and fairways were of questionable quality.
The lower holes were very waterlogged.

Muddy round
Greens were in good condition by Shrivenham standards but the whole course was very very muddy and not helped by some rather poor driving by the ground staff/(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 93 Handicap: 23.3)

Interesting course, shame about the greens
It's a real shame, the state this course is in detracts from the interesting challenge it provides. The greens were very slow, lots of weeds - very bobbly and frustrating. The bunkers were full of weeds and so little sand that we decided they were GUR.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 89 Handicap: 14.8)
