Nice variety, good condition.

First time at Sapey and I’d happily play it again. Greens were quick and well kept, fairways short and in good condition and bunkers in decent shape. Nice variety of holes with some hills, dog legs and water features. Not the cheapest at £30 but not too pricey either. Pace of play was decent, didn’t seem too busy for a Saturday morning. Liked having a practice net near the first tee.

Excellent course

Played Sapey on Sunday, weather was very good, just like the courses greens, tees and fairways. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back there again.

Going The Right Way

Been a good while since my last visit and the transformation is fantastic.
Maturing trees, great grass coverage in tees, fairways and greens. All in all it looks as good as you can find. Well done to all concerned at Sapey. The hospitality from all the staff was second to none.

Played Sapey Golf Club September 14th 2020. The course was in fantastic condition. From tee to green the course is a credit to the greenstaff and to everyone at the club, they should be extremley proud. Fairways are lush and the greens are superb. If you want true greens play at Sapey. Great friendly welcome from the club Professional and Tom the General Manager. Members are also very friendly and welcoming. Hospitality afterwards was brilliant along with probably one of the best golf club menus i have ever seen.

Hidden gem

This course is without doubt a hidden gem. Situated in the Worcestershire countryside, it offers a delightful round of golf, the course is always in excellent condition and offers a fair challenge to golfers of all abilities. The golf club pro is extremely helpful as are the staff. The clubhouse offers good food within a friendly atmosphere. The 9th & 11th hole are over water, the par 3 8th is offers a lovely vista and demands to be taken seriously. Overall one of my favourite courses.

sapey is one of my 3 favourite courses round worcestershire. The grounds are top notch and the club facilities are the most welcoming and I enjoy a pint in the club house here rather than a local pub...

Even though there had been a lot of rain leading upto my game here, the course was in very good condition. Always been a great layout...a good challenge! Greens were running very true and in good condition. Overall...a fabulous course and club!

Great

We've had heavy rain past few days and course was wet in places as expected but to be honest we called a few courses and they were all closed so were really happy to get a game.

Course is in good condition considering the recent weather. Breakfast was outstanding, the sausages at most places are terrible but these were the best I've tasted. It's clear that the attention to detail is important here.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent course with a variety of challenging holes. Plenty of water to think about which enhances the look of the course too. We have had a lot of rain when we played but the course seems to have handled it well, bunkers still playable too. There were some wet areas but not in the key parts of the course. Clubhouse has been upgraded and the dining area is huge. Staff very friendly.

Nice course

Myself and 3 friends meet up a couple of times a year for a round. We’re located all over UK so usually choose a Midlands based location. We’d arranged to play a course yet arrived to discover that it was closed due to being waterlogged.

Rang Sapey and was delighted to get a 10:15am tee time. When we arrived we were all really impressed. Staff were very welcoming, Course was in great condition. Apparently they had 6 inches of snow only a week prior, we couldn’t believe it.

We enjoyed some great bar snacks and a drink before heading off.

A hidden gem for sure.
