Sunday yellow
Beautiful Berkshire gem with 2 different nine holes. The first is very much parkland and the back has a links feel albeit in land. Greens where lovely with a great true roll.Reviewer Rating

Great course

Fantastic course
An absolute gem, highly recommend playing here. Two contrasting nines, with many holes requiring a bit of thought off the tee due to severe dog legs, ditches etc. Course was in fantastic condition.Reviewer Rating

Great fun
Sand Martins is a very friendly golf club. The staff are very welcoming and the food is exceptional.The course is challenging but very fair and you can score well if you play it strategically. This is not a course to simply bomb with the driver.
The front 9 is parkland and the back 9 is more links style.

The truest greens ever!
Another one of the DGA Tour courses where I won the DGA England Presidents Cup and took the DGA England no1 spot, what a course a tough front 9 parkland course followed by a Links Back 9 but the green condition on both were just unreal! The truest greens I’ve ever played on… like EVER… running at around 11 off the stimp, it was like playing in an ironed carpet and were just a pleasure! Fantastic golf club. Two different loops of 9. The front is parkland and the back is more links style. Beautiful greens, but very subtle breaks, so hard to read. Lovely staff and extremely friendly welcome and service. Daniel and Chris were brilliant to deal with in arranging the day. Fabulous halfway hut as well.

Great course. Very well looked after Lovely staff in pro shop and bar. Very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately members very unfriendly. Old school golf club snobbery. Won’t be going back.

I’ve played here several times now, and I won’t be playing here anymore. I have played at the weekend, mid week, early in the day, and later in the day, every time i get stuck behind several groups with several others immediately behind. Too painfulReviewer Rating

Lovely course and fab greens
The course was in great condition for the Seniors event and the greens were fast true and challenging. Well worth visiting if you have the chance.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.2)
