Course was ok but the green had been marked and we found the holes a bit long and samey. Nice staff though, very helpful

Whilst the weather was generally fine, it was quite a windy day. This made some of the holes really tough. the greens were not in good condition as preparation works had only recently been conducted. so it would be fair to rate the course on what we experienced today

Nice course
Good course, play was a bit slow due to a father and son 4 ball comp which seemed to have a lot of money on it judging by the care they were taking.(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 95 Handicap: 18.5)

Course in good condition, greens well kept, not too tight, off the fairway forgiving. Clubhouse is dated, a large suite of wooden structures but quint and well kept.

First time I have played this course in the summer, and I thought the greens were poor, they had moss and weeds and some of the grass was in a bad state, which when you look at the rest of the course, lets the place down. There are better value for money course nearby and the greens were perfect when I played them.

Club house was good with food served quickly and good prices.
Driving range facilities were very good ,staff polite and helpful.
The course was well kept but the greens had recently been spiked so not the best to putt on.

Fantastic looking course

The course was in good shape considering the dry summer and the recent heavy rainfall. A good variation to the holes made it an enjoyable experience. My only criticism would be, despite the greens being in good order, I did find their pace to be a little inconsistent.

Good course, but unfortunately the best framed holes were closed on the day we played. I use the driving range often, which is first class. Every element is maintained to an exceptional standard, so the course and facilities do not disapppoint.

Pace of play !
No issues with the course, great lay out, long but fair, greens fairways and tees all in great condition. However my main issue was the pace of play which was really poor. Two things did not help, members not letting people through and the high level of people using buggies. People using buggies make things worse as they are continually catching and pushing walking golfers. While I enjoyed the round these two things made it far too slow and uncomfortable.Reviewer Rating
