What The Club Says
Boasting the title of sunniest part of Ireland, the 18 hole Old Course is laid out by the Irish Sea and is a traditional championship links designed by Hawtree and Taylor. The course opened for play in 1905 and is a typical layout of wind-swept hills, burrows and sand-banks. How you do on the 6,577 yard track is greatly influenced by the strength of the wind which is pretty consistent from the south west.
The Burrow course is a par 46, 12 hole New course designed by Christy O'Connor Junior

great golf and craich
this is a brilliant venue and ideally located for using the ferry to Wales. it is a hidden gem for society golfers who return year on year such is its value for money and sheer pleasure. A challemgimng layout when played in poor weather but a delight when I played it although there was still a strong wind that added spice to many of the shots required. Excellent conditioning and a fantastic welcome in the clubhouse added to the overall experience. Loved it. going to go back again.Reviewer Rating
