Okay, not great
Wide tee boxes help as there were lots of worn parts between the markers.Fairways were good overall with two types of rough (good to see).
Greens are fairly flat and welcoming.
Yardages seem wrong (shorter than expecteded)
Last hole is filled with range balls making it near impossible to find your ball if you stray slightly left.

Overbooked
Took 3 hours to play 9 holes as too many large groups were booked in and had to wait 15 minutes to play a shot. Course in good condition and challenging in areas.Reviewer Rating

Course under new development. Lots of ground under repair. Very dry and patchy fairways. Greens are ok.

Quite a flat course ok for beginners. Lot of stones in the bunkers and loads of brown on the greens looks that they had put down some weed killer. fairways keep in good order and a lot of clover in the rough.

This is a useful 9 hole course to go round for a bit of practice or when other courses are closed. Not one for the low handicapper looking for a challenge. Facilities are basic but functional (thereare no lockers). Friendly, helpful staff.

Basic course, good clubhouse and facilities. Probably wouldnt bother going back as there was no real individuality and only 9 holes.

Good course worth a visit
Nice staff, good food and drink and well priced. The course was nice, I a little patchy in places with a slowish pace of play.(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 119 Handicap: )

Good nine hole course.
Rivenhall Oaks golf course although being predominantly a nine hole course also has a very good par three alongside which is a good test for any golfer. With regard to the Oaks a 6000 yrd track which can lure you into a false sense of security and trip you up very easily, it has good greens and tees but the fairways are still recovering from the hot weather in 2018 although an improved sprinkler system has now been installed.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 88 Handicap: 12.8)
