think that in the future this will be a great course but at the moment the fairways are very uneven witch makes playing very hard

Never been a fan of this course even though i have been going there on and off for 30 years.Yesterday it was back to the bad old days with young children roaming the course trying to find balls and a man wandering across a fairway carrying his shopping and at one stage we got held up by two old ladies walking their 4 dogs down the 12th fairway.There has been a flag sticking out of the small water hazard in front of 14 for at least five years since the kids threw it in there.The only improvement is the fact you no longer find motobikes have been using the greens as skidpans although now the security has quite clearly been slackened off it can only be a matter of time.If you are short of cash then this is the place for you if you want to play real golf then go to a real golf course.If you have the misfortune to be greeted by the fellow behind the counter that served us yesterday then you will get a grunt and a look of disgust.in short DONT BOTHER.

Fairways in poor condition even though lots of work going on .If using buggy path a good idea unless hitting centre of greens as walk is long way for some.Reviewer Rating

Very poor condition
Course is in very poor condition at the minute - I can see they are working on putting in buggy paths and putting in a 9 hole pitch and putt but there are a large number of GUR on fairways where there are unseeded/un-turfed mounds!I like the layout but whilst this work Is going on I will avoid going back - see you next year and hopefully the condition will have improved

Its like playing ten pin bowling with the child barriers up, land on the banks either side of the fairway and take a free drop on the fairway..
Greens are all ways slow. ( could be cut tighter)
