Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff, both 18 hole courses in good condition despite heavy rain. Good green keepers, I played for years at Gary Player Course and Lost City at Sun City,Reviewer Rating

Quite good for a municipal
Good variety of holes including a 225y par 3. Green were furry but reasonably quick. Second time we have played the Princes. Quite soft as we had lots of rain the previous day but course in quite good nick even so.Reviewer Rating

Just like years ago too many people allowed on with no idea of golf etiquette ie letting through faster players . ( 2hrs 20 mins to play 9 holes midweek )
Not worth the money - won’t be back .

Decent course, busy
Two courses here, both offer a good challenge for higher handicappers such as myself. Course is well maintained and the clubhouse is fine. Some nice vistas over the park. Enjoyed it a lot but play was a bit slow due to it being a course people are learning on.Reviewer Rating

Very good course yet needs some improvements
There should be golf marshalls going around to keep the rounds going smoother, the group three players ahead of me were sharing 2 sets of golf clubs and although they were driving a golf buggy, yet they would walk 30 to 50 yards from the buggy to hit a shot and walk back to the buggy! Also to remind some groups of four and three players that they should let one player to pass them if the speed of the group ahead of them allows.

Greens - so good!
Hadn't played here for a couple of years but revived memories of very many games over the years on a course where I first ever played. Did a ?twilight? on a glorious summer evening - so enjoyable. The rough is up currently so keeping in-play an absolute must. Once on the greens so impressive considering the footfall on Richmond Park golf courses. OK - so there are unrepaired pitch marks occasionally but these are courses to learn the game and etiquette and to grow to love the game of golf. Will be returning soon for sure.Reviewer Rating

Tougher than expected!
Not played here in 30 years. Complete change from what I remember. Played the Dukes course. Tee boxes were fine, greens in good condition. You have got to hit the fairways here because the rough is rough!
Decent selection in the bar, pro shop.

London course - Very Average
Not many courses in London as green space is highly sought after and quite a flat city. Course is fairly expensive in my opinion, especially for what it is. Can get a much better matained challengign course with water and elevation a further 20 min drive outside of London. But this place remains very popular due to being one of the only pay and play's in the area. Just don't expect much. Play was very slow too. Lots of people learning golf, which is great, but causes a long wait. Rough is thick and swallows golf balls. Lots of people looking for golf balls.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 105 Handicap: 34.6)

A Pleasure as Always
Great location within the Royal Park with two different 18 hole courses to choose from. There is also a driving range. Courses are in good condition and the eco-friendly clubhouse and catering are excellent. The staff are always very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend a visit.Reviewer Rating

Went for a 3 ball round yesterday and quite enjoyed it. It is muddy of course at this time of year and the fairways are more like fields. We only did 15 holes as we were behind two 3 balls who were excruciatingly slow....six shots to the green players. Having said that we had a good walk and I parred the 18th which always makes you leave with a smile. The Glendale staff have done a good job since taking over. Cheap, cheerful and unpretentious.Reviewer Rating

Overbooked and expensive
The course really really overpacked the course so that the rounds were taking nearly 5hrs with waiting at every single tee.(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 117 Handicap: 31.9)

Social Golf
Two small courses with a fair layout for the cost. Greens are well kept considering the volume of wear by fair weather golfers.Princes will give you a quick round first thing in the morning. Our three ball went round in 3 hours.
Dukes can often be much slower with a few minutes wait at each tee. Nevertheless you should comfortably get round within 4 hours with a morning tee.
